Yoga

A mystic discipline giving its practitioners extensive control over their metabolism and bodily functions, including the ability to greatly speed the healing of wounds and recovery from disease, and the ability to block the actions of poisons. Experts in yoga can also slow their metabolism down greatly, appearing as dead. The powers of yoga can only be exercised while in a meditative trance.

Yoga is practised by ascetics of various sorts, including most particularly devotees of Vesper, and is almost essential to (mystic) healers.
