Okay. Following discussions that were scattered between Skype, AOL Instant Messaging chats, IRC chats on the agrav server, e-mails through the nova-rpg list and otherwise, we are firming up to settle on the following:
Bryan will be playing a member of Skwalker Lodge, a practitioner of mystic disciplines such as Dreaming and/or Spiritualism, whose core motivation is a deep respect for the unity of Nature, and who tends to subordinate details and individuals to larger issues. He will be a childhood friend of Tony's character.
Matt will be playing a half-leshy raised as a eupatrid in Bethan, and bred to the the tough, laconic, and phlegmatic tradition of the Iron Stone Men. His character member of Tamé's Lodge in the Timeonid strain, and will favour direct action and close confrontation. He will be the mentor of Tony's character and the rescuer of Paul's.
Paul will be playing a lupine demigod, offspring of a wolf and a daimon. Rescued by Matt's character (on his way to Thundering Vale or later) from drowning, and handed by him to Greymane Lodge, he has learned to change into a man, but at least initially might not be very good at it. The character is intensely curious about human affairs and behaviour, inclined to be intensely loyal, and desperately needs 480 minai so that he can get a room in Greymane Lodge rather than having to sleep under the floor with the wolfpack.
Tony will be playing an eupatrid younger son pensioned off to Thundering Vale, a character with an intense drive to prove himself. He will be a member of Tamé's Lodge in the Jolianid strain, the protegé of Matt's character, a childhood friend of Bryan's.
